Imus Councilor Champions Socialized Rental Housing Ordinance to Boost Affordable Housing Access

Imus Councilor Darwin Remulla expressed his enthusiasm following the approval of the Socialized Rental Housing ordinance, a measure he authored to enhance access to safe, affordable, and decent housing. The initiative specifically targets residents living in danger zones and no-build areas, aiming to provide them with improved living conditions.
