Kathryn Bernardo, acclaimed Filipino actress and box-office sensation, is set to be immortalized with a wax figure at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong. The iconic museum revealed the announcement on social media, stating, "The countdown is over — Madame Tussauds Hong Kong is welcoming Kathryn Bernardo!" The official unveiling is planned for 2026.
Bernardo, widely recognized as the "Phenomenal Box-Office Queen," will be featured alongside other esteemed Filipino figures, including Manny Pacquiao, Pia Wurtzbach, Catriona Gray, Lea Salonga, and Anne Curtis.
Sharing exclusive behind-the-scenes content, Bernardo posted updates on the wax figure creation process, showcasing her fitting appointments and the detailed measurements taken to capture her likeness accurately.
Her prominence in the film industry was highlighted by her starring role in the box-office hit "Hello, Love, Goodbye," which was partly filmed in Hong Kong. Additionally, she received the Outstanding Asian Star Award at the 2023 Seoul International Drama Awards for her performance in the television series "Too Good To Be True."
