Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas Graduate Tops November 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that Sean Jan Diomampo Ilagan, a graduate of Lyceum of the Philippines University - Batangas, Inc., achieved the highest rating in the November 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Examination. Ilagan earned an impressive 95.47 percent score, making him the topnotcher among the 3,670 candidates who passed the exam.

Alongside Ilagan, several other Pharmacy graduates secured places in the top 10 passers list, highlighting strong individual performances in this highly competitive examination.

In terms of institutional performance, the PRC released rankings based on Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024, which recognizes schools with notable passing rates.

For schools with 100 or more examinees and a minimum of 80% passing rate, the top 10 performers include:

  • University of Santo Tomas
  • Saint Louis University
  • Southwestern University
  • Our Lady of Fatima University - Valenzuela
  • University of the Immaculate Conception - Davao
  • Centro Escolar University - Manila
  • San Pedro College - Davao City
  • Central Philippine University

Meanwhile, among schools with 50 to 99 examinees achieving at least an 80% pass rate, the top 10 institutions are:

  • University of the Philippines - Manila
  • University of San Carlos
  • Adamson University
  • Negros Oriental State University (CVPC) - Dumaguete
  • Our Lady of Fatima University - Antipolo City
  • Silliman University
  • De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute
  • University of Santo Tomas Legazpi, Inc. (formerly Aquinas University)
  • Tagum Doctors College, Inc.
  • Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Memorial Foundation
